Police Reports 9-23-15

St. Mary Parish sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Reuben Evans Jr., 27, of 205 Bud St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:49 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of criminal damage to property, battery of a police officer, simple assault and resisting an officer. He was also charged on a warrant by Franklin police with theft of goods and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Devon Marsh, 23, of 1048 Ciro St., Morgan City, was charged Tuesday at 8 p.m. on three warrants for failure to appear on charges of resisting an officer, operating an ATV on a public road, possession of cocaine, criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing. He was already jailed at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center at the time the warrants were served. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Carlos Pinchs-Francos, 44, of 1110 Ditch Ave., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. on a warrant charging him with monetary instrument abuse and theft. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Christopher Swiney, 32, of 2016 Fifth St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 9:17 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $11,140.32.
