Police Reports 9-25-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jean P. Dupas, 28, of Lafayette, was arrested today at 2:23 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and resisting an officer by force of violence. Bond was set at $1,500.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Leslie Johnson, 20, of 515 Dangerfield St., Patterson, Wednesday at 2:52 p.m. on a charge of second offense possession of synthetic marijuana and failure to comply with the terms of drug court. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Raymond Comeaux, 43, of West Third Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 7:56 a.m. on a charge of parole violation. No bond was set.
Cynthia Dace, 43, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:21 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of no seat belt and failure to change address. She was released on $301 bond.
Breonna Carr, 24, of Lee Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 5:54 p.m. on charges of hit and run, no child restraints, window tint violation and no proof of insurance. She was released on $1,750 bond.
Anthony Bourda, 34, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 7:52 p.m. on charges of headlight violation, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, transactions involving drug proceeds, resisting an officer and public bribery. No bond was set.
Jason Fontenot, 36, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:59 p.m. on a charge of attempted distribution of marijuana. No bond was set.
