Police Reports 9-29-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Leroy Bailey, 29, of 1400 N. Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 6:48 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of theft of goods. No bond was set.
Susana Hernandez, 28, of 233 Southwest Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 9:52 p.m. on a charge of animal cruelty and was released on a summons. The dog was turned over to animal control.
Tanner Aucoin, 18, of 710 Carline St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 2:14 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tamika Jackson, 39, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, Friday on charges of eighth offense theft by shoplifting and remaining where forbidden. No bond was set.
Jarmontay Roberson, 20, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:17 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language, simple criminal damage to property, two counts of resisting with force, self-mutilation by a prisoner and simple criminal damage to property. He was held on $3,500 bond.
Michael Lewis, 51, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with cruelty to animals and released on $1,000 bond.
James Gibson Jr., 30, of New Orleans, was arrested Saturday at 7:40 p.m. on district court warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of third offense possession of marijuana, resisting with force, battery of an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Micah Boudreaux, 24 of Cypress Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:14 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery and was released on $500 bond.
