Police Reports 9-29-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Eric L. Curtis, 27, of 1510 Front St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 6:50 a.m. on charges of criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing and disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.
Byron Wesley, 17, of 278 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:127 a.m. on charges of unauthorized use of an access card as theft and five counts of attempted unauthorized use of an access card as theft. No bond was set.
Waynisha Jones Navy, 30, of 269 Verdun Lane, Lot 2, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 10:27 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrest of David Lowery, 53, of Franklin, Saturday on a charge of possession of meth. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Dedrick Brown, 22, of Main Street, Franklin, Monday at 5:09 p.m. on a Third Ward Court bench warrant on a charge of theft. No bond was set.
Jasreail James, 31, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 7:28 p.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks and held on $12,000 bond.
