Police Reports 9-30-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
James Guillot, 70, of 232 Sanaren St., Charenton, was arrested Monday at 10:59 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing and theft. He was released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents reported that Raymond Levine, 54, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:22 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Narcotics Division detectives, with the assistance of the Berwick Police Department, went to 204 California St. in Berwick to conduct an investigation into a complaint of illegal drug activity. Upon arrival, detectives reportedly made contact with the tenants of the residence and received consent to search the location. Detectives reportedly located synthetic marijuana, marijuana and rolling papers inside the residence.
Arrested at 9:10 p.m. Monday were:
Ricky Glynn, 51, of 204 California St., on a charge of third offense possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Joshua Lacoste, 39, of 204 California St., on charges of third offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Megan Fisher, 26, of 204 California St., Berwick, was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Eric Leleaux, 48, of 3370 Fourth St., Berwick, on charges of third offense possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Eric Leleaux Jr., 21, of 3370 Fourth St., Berwick, was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and released on a summons.
