St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Chris Toups, 34, of 2855 First St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 8:32 a.m. on a charge of careless operation of a vehicle and failure to report an accident. No bond was set.
Tammy Sheridan, 50, of 408 Darlene St., Patterson, was arrested today at 12:43 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal mischief and warrants for theft and theft of the assets of an aged or disabled person. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jarvis Mack, 28, of 528 Taft St., Patterson, Wednesday on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction of justice and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set
Sonya Rebardi, 44, of 467 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, was arrested Wednesday at 6:53 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of Lortab. No bond was set.
Terry Ratliff, 42, of 825 Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 5:54 p.m. on charges of possession of Tramadol with intent to distribute, possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Viagra without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Christopher Haynes, 32, of 117 Marin St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 5:54 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Viagra without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kenneth Smith, 54, of Main Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:57 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $250 bond.
Tajh Guilbeaux, 24, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:44 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of suspended driver’s license. Guilbeau was released on $775 bond.
Diane Bourgeois, 56, of Hamilton Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:03 a.m. on a warrant charging Bourgeois with simple battery and held on $500 bond.
