Police Reports 9-8-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:
Jason J. Mathews, 33, of 178 Friendship Lane, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 7:23 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail is set at $5,603.38.
Audwin Williams Sr., 35, of 328 Third St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:04 p.m. on three warrants for failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family. No bail is set.
Phillip Jones Jr., 26, of 6307 Bayou Black Drive, Gibson, was arrested Friday at 4:01 p.m. on a charge of speeding and on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
Lisa Guerrero, 32, of 276 Vivian St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 8:35 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery and on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. No bail is set.
A juvenile male, 16, of Sorrell, was arrested Saturday at 4:04 p.m. on charges of terrorizing, simple assault, disturbing the peace and retaliation by a minor against a parent, legal custodian, witness or complainant. He was transported to the Assumption Youth Detention Center pending juvenile court action.
Kevin D. Hutchings, 53, of Clinton, Missouri was arrested Saturday at 10:52 p.m. on charges of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage. He was later released on a $2,750 bond.
Devon Marsh, 22, of 1048 Ciro St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 11:37 p.m. on a charge of resisting an officer by giving false information. He was released on a summons.
Travis Blanchard, 38, of 118 Moon Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 1:24 a.m. on charges of driving while intoxicated and a headlight violation. He was later released on a $7,750 bond.
David Risk, 29, of 513 Carol Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 2:34 p.m. on charges of simple assault and criminal trespass. He was later released on a summons.
Shaqunia Harris, 20, of 214 Arizona St, Apt. 4, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 2:14 p.m. on a charge of theft. No bond is set.
Lisa Yeager, 38, of 128 Dotties Lane, Ricohoc, was arrested Sunday at 10:18 p.m. on charges of domestic battery and resisting an officer. No bail is set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Robert Tillman Jr., 23, of Robert Street, Franklin, was Friday at 11:07 a.m., on a charge of theft. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
Rusty Moore, 28, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 5:30 p.m., on a charge of driving under suspension from a prior DWI. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
Rhonda Rios, 35, of Chinaberry Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:29 p.m., on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on a $250 bond.
Harry Davis Sr., 74, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:16 p.m., on a charge of simple battery and released on a $500 bond.
Larry Mallet, 54, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 4:46 a.m., on a charge of fourth offense DWI. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Marshall Bell, 37, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 8:19 a.m., on charges of remaining where forbidden, open alcohol container, and misrepresentation during booking. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Brian Dumesnil, 33, of La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:25 p.m., on warrants charging him with two counts of violation of a protective order and remaining where forbidden. He was released on a $13,500 bond.
Kevin James, 29, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:21 a.m. on a charge of possession of crack cocaine and on warrants charging him with careless operation, simple criminal damage to property, driver must be licensed, stop sign and yield sign violation and leaving the scene of an accident; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; failure to appear on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, criminal trespassing, and flight from an officer; and second offense possession of marijuana and introducing contraband into a penal institution. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
