Police Reports 9-8-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joe White, 24, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 8:55 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of unlawful use of an ID to gain access to a gaming establishment. He was held on $250 bond.
Aileen Kidder, 72, of Arnaudville, was arrested Thursday at 11:25 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
Robert A. Toups, 31, of 1026 Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 1:47 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and released on $500 bond.
Brandon Bourgeois, 24, of 1803 Cole Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:46 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Cherri Pennison, 39, of 1408 Second St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 3:16 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of subutex and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Jeffery Lambert Jr., 17, of 1408 Second St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 3:56 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft and criminal damage to property. He was released on a summons.
Kristin Aucoin, 22, of 1509 Filmore St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 6:16 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, criminal damage to property, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing and disturbing the peace intoxicated. She was released on $4,500 bond.
Tyler J. Voisin, 24, of Foley, Alabama, was arrested Saturday at 7:27 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of direct contempt, traffic light violation, no license plate, failure to honor written promise to appear and seatbelt violation. No bond was set.
William Hale III, 27, of 205 Cedar St., Franklin, and Tyler Sultan Sr., 23, of 728 Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, were arrested Monday at 2:40 a.m. on charges of simple battery. Both were released on $500 bonds.
Eric Scivicque, 53, of Schriever, was arrested Monday at 3:55 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm. Deputies responded to a complaint of an assault involving a firearm that occurred on US 90 westbound in the Franklin area. The dispatcher issued a description of the suspect vehicle and learned that the subject allegedly involved in the assault was approaching the Patterson area. An officer with the Patterson Police Department conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation, deputies learned the victim had allegedly just merged onto US 90 when Scivicque, who was also traveling on the roadway, became irate and pointed a firearm at the victim. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Veronica Bernardino, 40, of 715 Gabriel St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 4:47 p.m. on a charge of improper lane use, no driver’s license and possession of fraudulent documents. She was released on a summons.
Lucille Gussman, 35, of 711 Franklin St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:06 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on a summons.
Domingo M. Quigley, 46, of 129 Pluto Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 3:08 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery of a juvenile and domestic abuse-aggravated battery. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jahmarcus Paddio, 19, of 712 Ferret St., Morgan City, Saturday at 1:15 a.m. on charges of distribution and possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tony Johnson, 46, of Austin, Texas, Saturday at 6:17 p.m. on charges of making an illegal right turn on red, no vehicle registration and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged on a 15th Judicial Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of violation of a protective order, and two 16th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrants on charges of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Adam Harrison, 56, of Abbeville, was arrested Saturday at 10:22 p.m. on charges of DWI, speeding and illegal lane use. No bond was set.
Clarence McBride Jr., 48, of Myra Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:10 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.
Samuel Mitchell, 36, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:41 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and held on $500 bond.
Jamichael Bowie, 25, of Fourth Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery and released on $750 bond.
Jeremy Madison, 33, of Monroe, was arrested Sunday at 10:12 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden and third offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
