Police Reports 9-9-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kenneth Lee, 36, of 123 Gum Point Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:32 a.m. on a warrant charging him with obscenity. He was released on a recognizance bond.
Marjorie R. Ruffin, 25, of 421½ O’Neal Chube St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:51 p.m. on warrants charging her with two counts of failure to appear for a drug court status conference. Bond is set at $200,000.
Roy A. Haisley, 41, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 1:36 p.m. on two warrants charging him with criminal neglect of family and held on $18,453 bond.
Jennifer Monssen, 37, of 1145 Federal Ave. Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:13 p.m. on two warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Jose Ventura, 31, of 2403 Second St., Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 6:31 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Mark Buteaux, 47, of 128 Shady Grove Drive, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:13 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal trespassing and a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tyjuandre Harris, 18, of Frederick Lane, Baldwin, Tuesday at 8:06 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
