Area teams meet on golf course

Central Catholic, Berwick and Patterson met on the golf course at The Atchafalaya at Idlewild in Patterson Wednesday.
In team scoring, Patterson topped Central Catholic 188-193.
Cade Thibodaux and Larry Guillory led the Lumberjacks as each shot a 46, while Bryce Beaubouef had a 47. Other scorers included Bobby Abshire, 49; and Matt Tregle and Kenny Singleton, each a 54.
Central Catholic’s Bennett Duffy was the match’s low medalist with a 43, while Chaz Galloway carded a 44. Other Eagles participating included Nick Bolner, who shot a 49; Conner Laiche, a 57; and Tanner Ross, a 60.
Berwick’s Joshua Fabre shot a 51, while teammate Cooper Roussel carded a 57.
