Berwick High to induct two into inaugural hall of fame

Berwick High School will celebrate the induction of the inaugural members of the school’s athletic Hall of Fame before today’s homecoming game when former coaches Lloyd Burchfield and Ludness Henry receive the honors in a 6:40 p.m. ceremony.
Both were Berwick student-athletes and have given a lifetime to Berwick athletics.
“It is important to recognize the people who are life-long givers to the community in which we live,” Berwick Principal Buffy Fegenbush said. “These two recipients are perfect role models for our youth and our public, not only in athletics but life. We could think of no better recipients to start this esteemed hall of fame.”
