BHS leads east St. Mary teams at parish relays

The Berwick Panthers and Lady Panthers led the Tri-City area contingent at the St. Mary Parish Relays April 4 with a pair of second-place finishes in the meet.
The Berwick boys finished with 103 points, while the Berwick girls totaled 119 points.
Patterson’s girls finished sixth with 42 points, while Morgan City was seventh with 18 points.
In other boys’ action, Patterson was third with 86 points, while Morgan City was fourth with 73.5 points.
Patterson’s Daylon Charlot was named Field MVP, while Berwick’s Austin Doise was named Track MVP.
On the girls’ side, Berwick’s Ashton Morales earned Outstanding Performer honors.
