CCHS falls to Vandebilt Catholic
The Central Catholic Lady Eagles fell to Vandebilt Catholic Monday in Houma.
No score was available from the contest, which pitted the Lady Eagles, a Division V semifinalist a year ago, against Vandebilt Catholic, the Division II runner-up.
No individual stats were available.
Last week, the Lady Eagles participated in H.L. Bourgeois’ tournament where they finished 1-3.
On Thursday, Central Catholic fell to H.L. Bourgeois 15-25, 8-25, while Saturday, the Lady Eagles dropped contests to Academy of Our Lady, 17-25, 23-25 and Belle Chasse, 9-25, 14-25.
The Lady Eagles picked up a win against South Lafourche, 25-22, 25-21 at the tournament.
No individual stats were available from these contests.
Central Catholic (4-9) will return to action Wednesday when it travels to face Runnels.
