Football scrimmages today, Friday

Patterson and Central Catholic will participate in football scrimmages today, while Morgan City and Berwick will hit the field for scrimmages Friday.
While Patterson originally was scheduled to host St. James today at 5:30 p.m., that scrimmage has been moved to St. James and will be played at 6 p.m. now.
Locally, Central Catholic will host Covenant Christian today in a 5:30 p.m. scrimmage at the school’s practice field.
On Friday, Morgan City will host Jeanerette in a 6 p.m. scrimmage at Tiger Stadium, while Berwick will travel to face Catholic High-New Iberia in a 5:30 p.m. contest.
