HMS Lady Tigers take on Vermilion Catholic tonight

The Hanson Memorial Lady Tigers will take to the road tonight to face the Vermilion Catholic Lady Eagles in the quarterfinals of the Division IV basketball playoffs at the VCHS Gymnasium.
No. 7 Hanson Memorial posted a huge 71-40 victory over No. 10 Westminster Academy in second round action on Monday at the Billy Gene Talbot Gym.
No. 2 seed Vermilion Catholic collected a 69-23 second round victory over No. 15 Highland Baptist on Monday.
No. 7 Hanson Memorial will travel to battle No. 2 Vermilion Catholic tonight at 7 in the quarterfinal round of the Division IV basketball playoffs.
IN BOYS ACTION, the West St. Mary Wolfpack, Centerville Bulldogs and Hanson Memorial Tigers all earned berths in the state playoffs.
No. 13 seed West St. Mary will play host to No. 20 seed East Feliciana Friday in the Class 2-A first round action at the West St. Mary Gymnasium.
No. 8 Centerville will play host to No. 25 Ringgold in the State Class 1A playoffs on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Centerville High School Gym.
No. 17 Hanson Memorial Tigers will travel to face No. 16 Ascension Christian in the Division IV first-round action.
