Homecoming: Tigers play Highland Baptist

The Hanson Memorial Tigers will celebrate homecoming while the West St. Mary Wolfpack play host to the Delcambre Panthers with the Franklin Hornets and the Centerville Bulldogs taking to the road during Week 9 of the high school football season.
Hanson Memorial (2-6, 1-4) plays host to Highland Baptist (2-5, 2-3) for homecoming in District 7-A action at McCloskey Field.
Hanson felled to Central Catholic last Thursday at McCloskey Field while Highland Baptist suffered a setback against Ascension Episcopal in league action last week.
Hanson will host Highland Baptist for homecoming in District 7-A action on Friday in McCloskey Field at 7 p.m.
DELCAMBRE AT WEST ST. MARY
The Delcambre Panthers will travel to face the West St. Mary Wolfpack in District 5-2A action Friday at Wolfpack Stadium.
West St. Mary (2-5, 2-3) will host Delcambre (1-7, 0-5) in District 5-2A play on Friday at 7 p.m. at Wolfpack Stadium.
FRANKLIN AT EAST ST. JOHN
The Franklin Hornets will travel to face East St. John in a non-district matchup Friday at 7 p.m.
Franklin (1-7, 0-5) will step out of District 8-3A action to battle East St. John, which posted a 40-37 victory over Terrebonne last week.
CENTERVILLE AT VERMILION CATHOLIC
The Centerville Bulldogs will make the short journey to battle the Vermilion Catholic Eagles in District 7-A action Friday at 7 p.m. in Abbeville.
Centerville (1-7, 0-5) will take to the road Friday to take on the VCHS (2-5, 3-2) in District 7-A action Friday at 7 p.m.
