PHS football game is now Thursday

Patterson High School’s District 9-3A finale against Franklin on the road has been moved from Friday to Thursday.
Patterson High School coach Chad Blanchard said the move was made because of a shortage of officials in the Lafayette area.
The game, which still will be played at 7 p.m., is the final regular season contest for Patterson (6-3 overall, 3-0 in district) and Franklin (0-9, 0-3).
Patterson, who already has clinched a share of the district title, can win the crown outright with a win Friday.
