Police Reports 11-2-16
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Chad Wiggins, 23, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Tuesday at 2:01 p.m. and charged with stop sign violation, possession of Schedule I and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wiggins was released on a summons to appear in court.
Davis W. Davis, 55, of Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 3:25 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule II and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law. No bail was set.
Brian J. Delaune, Jr, 31, of 523 Joey St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 5:04 p.m. and charged with stop sign violation, general speed law, failure to signal 100 feet prior to turning, possession of Legend Drug without a prescription and possession of Schedule II. No bail was set.

Christopher Pollard, 31, of 157 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 9:59 p.m. and charged with for resisting an officer and failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $1,912.
Chad Breaux, 35, of Gueydan, was arrested Monday at 8:47 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension and possession of Legend Drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $3,000.
Tyler Brewer, 24, of 400 Louisa St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 11:45 p.m. and charged with failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $400,000.
Juvenile male, 13, of Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 4:32 a.m. and charged with theft of goods and violation of the parish curfew ordinance. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Jervis Baxile, 36, of Houston, was arrested Tuesday at 7:49 p.m. and charged with no head lights and driving under suspension. Baxile was released on a summons to appear in court.
Christopher Gugliotta, 19, of 106 Missy Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 9:09 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I. Gugliotta was released on a summons to appear in court.
Jessie Sanders, 20, of 106 Missy Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 9:09 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I. Sanders was released on a summons to appear in court.
Damon Allen, 46, of 1516 Cross Road #2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Bail was set at $2,500.
Lyndell Brooks, 50, of Houston, was arrested Wednesday at 12:56 a.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of alcoholic vehicles in motor vehicles, improper lane usage, flight from an officer, littering and for probation violation. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Wilfred Babino, 27, of Deforest Brown Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:04 a.m. and charged with failure to appear on traffic violations. Babino was booked, processed and released on a $245 cash bond.
Iesha Davis, 25, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:02 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. Davis was booked, processed and held on a $2,750 bond.
Laquisha Davis, 26, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:59 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. Davis was booked, processed and held on a $2,750 bond.
Markila Ruffin, 23, of Easy Street, Franklin, turned herself into the Franklin Police Department Tuesday at 3:36 p.m. and charged with failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace. Ruffin was booked, processed and released on a $358 cash bond.
