Scholarship signing

GERIANNA LYONS, a senior at West St. Mary High School, has received a track scholarship to Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. Gerianna holds five state champion titles in shot put and discus. She plans to major in marketing. At the signing Friday she was joined by her parents Greta Francis and Curley Lyons, Coach Ashley Clark, WSM Principal Dr. Derrick White, Vice Principal Evangeline Butler along with other family and friends.
