Tuesday's Swampland action rained out

Three Swampland baseball games involving the Tri-City area’s four baseball teams were rained out Monday.
Skipper’s Sporting Goods’ (Morgan City) contest at home against Halimar Shipyard (Central Catholic), Taco Bell’s (Berwick High) contest at the Braves (H.L. Bourgeois) and Cardinal Lumber’s (Patterson High’s) contest at Crawdaddy’s Seafood (Houma Christian) all have been postponed.
Swampland action will resume today locally with all make-up games from earlier in the season.
Skipper’s Sporting Goods will play at Cardinal Lumber, Halimar Shipyard will host Crawdaddy’s Seafood and Taco Bell will travel to face Robichaux Ford (Vandebilt Catholic). All games except Taco Bell’s will include junior varsity action at 5 p.m. and varsity action at 7 p.m. Taco Bell and Robichaux Ford will play just a varsity game today at 3:30 p.m.
