Ballard-Louis exchange vows

Brenda Ballard and Corey Louis were united in matrimony during a ceremony Feb. 20. Chaplain Bernadine St. Cyr officiated. The groom is the son of the late Alex and Louise Louis. Attending the bride was Litisha D. Diggs, maid of honor, and Giselle Wilson. The groom’s attendants were Walter Diggs, best man, and Nelson Turner.
