Bigler-Cox exchange vows in New Orleans

Taylor Bigler and John Cox II were married at 1 p.m. Dec. 13 during a private double-ring ceremony aboard the Carnival Dream in New Orleans.
The bride is the daughter of Trent and Dainell Bigler of Morgan City. The groom is the son of John and Norma Jean Cox of Belle River.
Escorted in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory jersey sheath dress fashioned with an illusion-lace waist, lace keyhole back and mini train.
She carried a fresh bouquet of hand-tied ivory roses.
Kara Melancon was maid of honor. She wore a short, mesh mercury dress and carried a hand-tied bouquet of plum hydrangeas.
Bridesmaids were Nikki Pennison, Katie Gaudet, Lauren Creely and Jasmine Cox.
John Michael Theriot served as best man. Groomsmen were Logan Mathern, Brock Bigler, Quinn Bigler and Jordan Cox.
The bride is a graduate of Morgan City High School and the Academy of Acadiana. She is employed at Teche Regional Medical Center.
The groom is a graduate of Assumption High School in Napoleonville. He is employed by Turner Industries.
They honeymooned in the Western Caribbean and reside in Morgan City.
