Brooks-Washington to wed in April

Angeline Washington of St. Francisville wishes to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of her daughter, Kathy Washington, to Ralph Brooks, son of the late Martha B. Walls and the late Clovis and Ethel Bergeron. The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Alex Washington. The wedding will take place at 5 p.m. April 25 at Rock of Ages Baptist Church in Houma.
