Harris-Carter wedding is April 19

Cynthia Carter of Morgan City wishes to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Keisha M. Carter, to Trailan Harris, son of Troy Singleton and Frankie Harris of Morgan City. The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Junius Carter Sr. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Clark Sr. of Berwick, Charles William Carter Sr. of Gibson, Juanita Carter of California, and the late Dorothy “Lou” Carter. The groom is the grandson of Pearl Noble Powe of Berwick, the late Delores Singleton and the late Moses Harris. The wedding will take place at 5 p.m. April 19 at the Siracusa Recreation Center in Siracusaville.
