Hartmeyer-Loupe wedding is Feb. 28

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Loupe of Morgan City wish to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Carmen Christina Loupe, to Taylor Michael Hartmeyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Hartmeyer of Savannah, Ga. The wedding will take place Feb. 28 in Baton Rouge.
