Henry-Bryant exchange vows

Danielle Henry and Travis Bryant exchanged wedding vows during a 7 p.m. ceremony April 8 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morgan City. The Rev. Andre Melancon officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Christopher and Adrianne Henry of Morgan City. The groom is the son of Dayle and Bonnie Bryant, and Kevin and Teresa Turner of Shreveport.
For the occasion, the sanctuary was decorated with ivory roses with greenery lining the pews, and ivory and white altar arrangements.
Music was by organist Lee LeBlanc, violinist Gina Doran and vocalist Abbie Paradee.
Escorted in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a lace and tulle ball gown with beaded lace motifs on the bodice and skirt. Her lace mantilla veil was cathedral length.
She carried a cascading bouquet of ivory roses and anemones adorned with greenery.
Christin Green was her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Caitlin Nunez, Megan Quebedeaux, Emily Gary, Chelbi Williams, Sarah Cannon, Diana Amoroso and Sarah Bryant.
John Noles Jr. was best man. Groomsmen were Austin Hall, Bryant Moore, Reid Martin, Creighton Boggs, Christian Heidecker, Vincent Walker and John Henry.
A reception followed at Atchafalaya at Idlewild Clubhouse near Patterson.
The bride’s cake was a five-tiered confection in ivory and gold glitter. The multi-flavored cake was adorned with sugar flowers in ivory and black.
The groom’s chocolate cake was a three-tiered confection depicting Louisiana State University, beer and Louisiana Hot Sauce.
Prior to the wedding, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Café Jo Jo’s River Room in Morgan City.
The bride is a graduate of Morgan City High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from LSU and her master’s in social work from LSU School of Social Work. She is a psychiatric social worker with Seaside Health System in Baton Rouge.
The groom is a graduate of C.E. Byrd High School in Shreveport. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from LSU. He is a superintendent at Deumite Construction in Baton Rouge.
They honeymooned in Curacao and reside in Baton Rouge.
