Mincey-Webb vows set Oct. 1

Natarsha Mincey of Morgan City and Kurwin N. Webb Sr. of Patterson wish to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. The bride-elect is the daughter of Barbara Mincey of Morgan City and Hugh and Marlene Scott of Boston. The prospective groom is the son of Charles Williams of Patterson and the late Leona Simien Williams. The wedding will take place Oct. 1.
