Quick-Duplantis exchange vows

Brooke Quick and Thomas Duplantis were joined in holy matrimony during a 7 p.m. double-ring ceremony Nov. 18 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Berwick. Monsignor Douglass Courville officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Gregory and Tammy Quick of Morgan City. The groom is the son of Kevin and Pam Duplantis of Bayou Vista.
For the occasion, the sanctuary was decorated with burlap bows, baby’s breath arrangements and mint flowers.
Music was by organist Kent Authement and vocalists Saadi Fields and Domonique Fields.
Escorted in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a lace bridal gown complemented by a mid-length veil accentuated with lace.
She carried a bouquet of mint flowers surrounded by baby’s breath.
Jasmine Quick was maid of honor and Brittany Tisdale was matron of honor. They were each attired in a mint gown and carried a bouquet of baby’s breath.
Bridesmaids were Heather Crappell, Lauren Rentrop and Victoria Duplantis.
Kate Duplantis was flower girl.
Tyler Duplantis served as best man. Groomsmen were Ryan Duplantis, Jacob Duplantis and Devon Quick.
Ushering guests were Peyton Martinez, Joby Fryou and Ryan Fryou.
A reception followed at NicoBella in Morgan City.
The wedding cake was a three-tiered confection adorned with burlap accents.
The bride is a graduate of Berwick High School and Nicholls State University in Thibodaux. She is employed at Bayou Vista Elementary School.
The groom is a graduate of Berwick High School and NSU. He is employed at St. Charles Hospital.
They honeymooned in San Diego and reside in Gray.
