Quitilen-Lightsey

Abraham Quitilen Jr. and Rosa Quitilen of Cavite, Philippines, wish to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jennifer C. Quitilen, to Waylon J. Lightsey, son of Emelda B. Lightsey of Patterson and the late Ronnie Lightsey. The wedding will take place at 3 p.m. Nov. 16 at St. Patrick Church in Gibson.
