Rulf-Marcel to exchange vows Nov. 21

Robby and Yvonne Marcel, of Morgan City, wish to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Robin Nicole Marcel, to Jason Andrew Rulf, son of Andy and Molly Rulf, of Berwick. The wedding will take place at 7 p.m. Nov. 21 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morgan City.
