Adams welcomed into ACIS Club

The ACIS Club, comprised of past kings of the Krewe of Galatea, held a dinner meeting to welcome King Galatea XLIV Herbert Adams into the organization. Adams, seated, is flanked by members standing from left, Glenn Thibodaux, Robert Opperman, Charles Gowland, Edward Leonard Jr., Steve Domangue, Pete Covington, Ronnie Ratcliff, Bernie Hunter, A.J. Dohmann, Johnny Conrad, Pat Dehart, Wadell Thibodeaux, Alfred Arceneaux, Les Ellis, Bob Radtke, Charlie Solar and Edgar Barousse. The club is named for the Acis, who in Greek mythology was Galatea’s lover.
