AGU starts new artist exhibit

The Artists Guild Unlimited has begun a new endeavor dedicated to spotlighting significant member artists each month at its Everett Street Gallery in Morgan City.
Member Vera D. Judycki is the January Artist of the Month. She paints swamps, trees, Louisiana florals and other artwork including abstract paintings — mostly in watercolor. Judycki also uses mixed media, acrylic and oil.
Artists Guild Unlimited’s purpose is to promote works of members and to further expose the community to fine art.
Judycki’s featured work can be seen throughout January at the AGU Everett Street Gallery located at 201 Everett St. between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.
