Bayou Vista Garden Club beautifies community

Bayou Vista Garden Club’s Civic Development Committee installed plants at the Bayou Vista Landmark on Southeast Boulevard. Plantings included dwarf bottlebrush, verbena, Aztec grass, coreopsis, zinnia, celosia and Veronica. Trees along Southeast Boulevard and at the Bayou Vista Branch Library were mulched and pruned. St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office trustees assisted under the supervision of Lts. Nick Rogers and Ross Mire.
