Blereau recognized for promoting immunizations

On Nov. 6, Dr. Robert Blereau was given the highest honor, the Diaper Pin Award, presented during the 22nd annual Louisiana Shots for Tots conference held in New Orleans. The award is for unending dedication to his profession. In addition, Blereau earned a certificate of recognition for his “outstanding achievement in improving immunization rates for the children in the State of Louisiana.” With Blereau is his daughter and office nurse, Marcia Denning, R.N.
