Bucci attends Deep South conference

Bayou Vista Garden Club President Donna Bucci, left, recently attended the 55th annual Convention of the Deep South Region of the National Garden Clubs in Tunica, Mississippi. Bucci is with Nation Garden Clubs President Sandra Robinson whose theme for her national tenure is “Leap into Action.” The flower design at the convention includes the children’s book “The Frightened Frog” which has been written to teach children to be environmentally friendly to all creatures and especially to frogs. The book is available to members to share with public and school libraries.
