Chefs’ Dinner has tickets available

Tickets are still available for the Central Catholic High School Alumni Association’s 27th annual Famous Chefs’ Dinner set for 6:30 p.m. April 3 at NicoBella in Morgan City.
The culinary event will feature its new format, introduced last year, in which a five-course meal will be served to patrons in a sit-down fashion.
This is the 20th year that Chef Brian Blanchard has organized the event to feature five award-winning chefs. Blanchard is owner of iMonelli Restaurant, a la carte and River Oaks Catering and Event Center in Lafayette, and Café Jo Jo’s and NicoBella Catering and Event Center in Morgan City.
Joining Blanchard for the fundraiser are chefs Nash Barreca, executive chef at Nash’s Restaurant; Patrick Poupart, Poupart’s Bakery; Richard Boudreaux, executive chef at a la carte; and Dale Ratcliff Jr., Café Jo Jo’s.
