Head Start Exercising with a Purpose forum held

St. Mary Community Action Agency Head Start held an Exercising with a Purpose forum recently. Patterson Mayor Rodney Grogan shared his experience with obesity and told of his choice to join the Let’s Move initiative. In keeping with that initiative, Grogan along with those attending exercised as part of the program. The forum helped Head Start parents and children learn more about how being active is part of a healthy lifestyle.
