Johnson busy promoting festival

Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival Queen Paige Johnson attended the Louisiana Association of Fairs & Festivals Convention in Baton Rouge Feb. 6 to 9. At the Queen of Queens Pageant she congratulated Queen of Queens Victoria Sagrera, left in top photo. Johnson attended the Independence Sicilian Festival on March 8 and the pageant on March 16. At the festival, she competed in a spaghetti eating contest and a meatball toss, and was greeted by Sicilian Queen Amy Henderson, right in middle photo. On March 15, Johnson attended the Amite Oyster Festival Gala where she greeted Queen Taylor Slocum, right in bottom photo. Johnson was treated to a lunch and had the opportunity to shuck oysters.
