LA Rider launches new fall season

BATON ROUGE — “LA Rider: America on 2 Wheels,” the South’s only motorcycle travel television show, will explore the Gulf Coast in its new eight-week fall season which broadcasts on FOX Sports South and Southwest networks on Sundays starting at 8 a.m. Sunday and running through Dec. 22.
The fall season of “LA Rider: America on 2 Wheels” premieres with an action-packed episode featuring St. Bernard Parish with segments on its world-class fishing, the historic Chalmette Battlefield as well as a few of the parish’s hottest eateries.
Other destinations that will be highlighted in the fall season include Jefferson Davis Parish, Iberia Parish, Livingston Parish, Natchitoches, the Mississippi Gulf Coast and the 13 Florida parishes that make up SELA Gumbo.
The show’s mission is to explore and highlight the forgotten picturesque back road destinations that the Gulf South has to offer tourists, according to the show’s press release.
Since its inception eight years ago, “LA Rider: America on 2 Wheels” has provided features on motorcycle travel, unique festivals and adventures to millions of viewers. The show’s road crew travels across the Coast in search of intriguing attractions and exclusive stories told from the perspective of T.W. Robinson, a Louisiana businesswoman and avid motorcyclist.
