Lemoine travels to promote local festival

Rachel Lemoine, Patterson Cypress Sawmill Festival miss queen, has been traveling the state to promote the local festival. On Sept. 28, 2013, she attended the Sugar Cane Festival and Pageant where she greeted Queen Meredith Conger, right in top photo.
