Nezat 50th anniversary celebration May 31

Mr. and Mrs. Gene Nezat of Morgan City are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary May 30. They were married May 30, 1964, in Port Barre at Sacred Heart of Jesus. They have two daughters, Lisa Nezat Patterson and Valerie Lynn Thompson, both of Morgan City. The Nezats also have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to join the anniversary couple for a renewal of vows at 5 p.m. May 31 at the Latin Corner in Morgan City. Dinner will be à la carte.
