Queen promotes Shrimp and Petroleum Festival

Hailee Ann Thomas, 79th Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival queen, has been busy promoting the festival across Louisiana. On Sept. 6, she attended the Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival Queen’s Day Events and Pageant in Belle Chasse. She toured a local citrus stand, Woodland Plantation and New Orleans, helped create a painting and attended a royal dinner. She congratulated new Queen Eden Marie Bubrig, left in top photo.
