Quilters’ association holds quarterly meeting here

Bayou Belle Quilters Guild, Rumpled Quilts Guild and The Quilt Cupboard in Morgan City hosted the quarterly meeting of the Gulf States Quilting Association. The association is comprised of quilt chapters located in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. Judy Niemeyer, above, presented a lecture and trunk show. She is an international instructor known for her foundation paper piecing techniques and quilt patterns.
