Thomas attends strawberry and seafood festivals

Hailee Ann Thomas, Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival queen, traveled to Ponchatoula to attend the queen’s day events and ball for the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival. Her activities included learning to plant and pick strawberries, participate in a strawberry eating contest and being presented with a gift and an honorary citizen certificate by the mayor of Ponchatoula. She congratulated Strawberry Queen Danielle Rodriguez, right in top photo. Thomas also traveled to the Plaquemines Parish Seafood Festival and Pageant in Belle Chasse where she attended a luncheon honoring the new queen and attended the festival.
