Washburn receives scholarship

On Aug. 27, following the Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival’s coronation pageant, Anna Washburn was presented with her scholarship for her duties performed as the 80th Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival Queen.
