Wilsons celebrate 66th anniversary

Paul and Yvonne Wilson celebrated their 66th anniversary Oct. 6 with an informal gathering of family and friends at their Siracusa Subdivision home. The couple, married Oct. 6, 1947, in Morgan City, also fielded numerous congratulatory calls. They are the parents of Sheena Wilson Coleman of Illinois, Paul Wilson Jr. of New Orleans, Valerie Wilson Simmons and Martin Wilson, both of Morgan City, Myron Wilson Sr. of Lafayette, Kelvin Wilson Sr. of Amelia, Demetrius Wilson of Patterson, and the late Jerome Wilson. They have 20 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
