Morgan City among new Greyhound stops

Greyhound recently announced it has expanded service in Louisiana, extending its route between Baton Rouge and Lafayette to include stops in Raceland, Thibodaux, Morgan City, New Iberia and Lafayette.
Responding to an increase in demand for service in the rural communities between Baton Rouge and Lafayette, Greyhound worked with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to provide two daily round trips along the new route.
“We’re excited to provide a safe, convenient and affordable transportation option to the new communities we serve,” said Bill Blankenship, chief operating officer, Greyhound Lines, Inc.
“With the assistance of the LaDOTD, we’re able to connect these smaller markets in Louisiana to Greyhound’s extensive network of more than 3,800 destinations within North America.”
Customers can board at the following locations for travel between Baton Rouge and Lafayette:
