Ribbon-cutting for Creative Sisters

The St. Mary Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting Tuesday for Creative Sisters, 1109 Seventh St. in Morgan City. Owners Angel Allemand and Harris Allemand were joined by chamber officials, city officials, family and friends.
