American flags at half-staff in Louisiana

The American flag over the Blue Star Memorial Highway marker in Patterson flies at half-staff Tuesday. Gov. John Bel Edwards has ordered flags in Louisiana to be lowered through Thursday in a show of mourning for the victims of last weekend’s Orlando shootings.
