Newly-elected Baldwin Chief of Police Harry Smith, above left, received the oath of office Thursday from 16th Judicial District Court Judge Curtis Sigur, also just elected to the bench. Below, Sigur swore in Justice of the Peace Ward 10 Cardell Bowser Ina, left, shown with her brother Andrew Bowser at center, and also gave the oath to Constable Ward 10 Elease G. Jackson at right.
